Event Submission Guidelines:


Account:

To submit an event for publishing on Events365.online, you must create a user account. Click on the "Login" button on the top, right hand corner of the page, to log in or to register for a new user account. Once you have an account, you may submit your event by clicking on the "Publish new" button and following the instructions.

Event Guidelines:

Number of Events: Each website user is allowed to submit a maximum of three (3) events per day.

Language: Advertisements must be submitted in English. We do not provide translation services.

Content Quality: Event submissions must include required minimum information and must include an informative description for prospective attendees and include at least one high quality image representing the event. An event website or link is helpful for us to authenticate the event. The description should include information such as: 1) Date/Time of event  2) A clear description of the event  3) Directions/Rules  4) Cost to attend the event.

Location: Events must take place in the Continental United States. We do not publish events taking place in other countries. 

Lead Time: We request that events be submitted at least one to two weeks prior to the event's start date to ensure timely publishing.

Public Events: Only public, inclusive, events will be accepted on Events365.online. We only consider the following event types for publishing:  Music, Food/Drink, Art/Crafts, Theater/Film, Fairs/Festivals, Car/Motorcycle Shows, Cultural events.  We prohibit events involving pornography, illegal drugs, or any illegal subject or matter.

Events Images: To be considered for featuring, a high-quality promotional image must be submitted with your listing. Images must be in .jpg, jpeg or .png format ONLY.  Images must be a maximum size of 5 megabyte with a required minimum of 400 x 400 pixels.

Publishing duration: Once published, the event remains published until the date after event completion. After that time, the event will be deactivate.

Event Revisions: Events may be revised anytime by owner from the owner profile page. Revisions may be made and submitted but will require review and approval before it is published.

Other Paid Event Services: The following paid services are available for events: 1) Bring to top allows the event owner to bring their event to the top of the events list.  2) Go featured allows the event owner to have their event featured for 15 or 30 day durations. The event will randomly appear in the slider located at the top of the main page of the website. Featured events may also appear in selected or throughout our social media accounts and pages based on relevance.

Events365.online reserves the right to edit graphic images and submissions for grammar, style, and accuracy, as well as remove any listings not suitable for the site. Please contact us with any questions at admin@events365.online.
